How long does it take the reactor to be fully operational?

It usually takes from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the waste water load.

What kind of maintenance is needed?

The RCBR maintenance plan is extremely simple, inexpensive and above all it can be carried out by unskilled personnel. The necessary interventions concern the gearmotor lubricant levels and the periodic greasing of the bearings.

What are the reactor energy consumption?

Consumption is very low, reaching around 0.05-0.2 KWh / m3 depending on the organic load of the wastewater.

Can the RCBR system improve the performance of an existing purification line?

Yes, our module can support or replace biological treatment systems improving the yield, with limited costs and spaces.

What's the footprint of your machinery?

A reactor that treats 100 cube meters per day is around 20 squared meters wide.

How much sludge does the reactor produce?

Being an adherent biomass reactor, the sludge production is limited. In some cases we have found that the solids generated are so low as to allow the discharge of wastewater without further treatment.

What kind of flow can the reactor process?

Thanks to the modular design, a reactor can treat from 5 to 150 cube meters per day.

Is it possible to install the system independently?

Yes, a horizontal support surface and the execution of the hydraulic and electrical connections are sufficient.
